Bambu Lab PLA Basic
My default everyday filament on the A1. Tight 0.02mm tolerance, prints cleanly at 220°C, and the matte color set is consistent spool-to-spool. Bonus: works with the AMS RFID tag out of the box.

Cleanest PETG I've printed — minimal stringing with a 0.4mm nozzle at 235°C. Surface finish is closer to injection-molded plastic than the typical PETG shine. Great for functional parts.

The workhorse budget PLA. Good dimensional accuracy for the price, ships vacuum-sealed with a desiccant. When I just need a spool of black or white for jigs and prototyping, this is what I grab.

- Dimensional tolerance verified. I actually measured across 10+ meters of each spool with calipers before committing. Anything worse than ±0.03mm gets cut.
- Vacuum-sealed with desiccant. Wet filament is the #1 print-killer. All three ship dry.
- Batch consistency. Color shifts between batches kill multi-spool prints. All three have tight QC.
- Available in matte or solid color sets. I avoid glossy filaments — they photograph badly and scratch easily.
